    Entry Fees / Registration Deadline

    Entry Fee: $650 for all age divisions

    Registration deadline: January 16, 2015

    Teams will be accepted after the deadline, if space is available, with an entry fee of $750

    There are no refunds after January 16, 2015

    Presidents Day PVL Tournament

    Tournament Check-In

    All coaches are required to check-in prior to the beginning of play at the tournament. The Check-In Desks (Tournament Desks) are located as follows:

    San Jose Convention Center: in the lobby on the second floor in front of the main entrance.

    San Mateo Event Center: inside the event center toward the back wall

    Check-In for the tournament will be on Saturday, February 14, 2015

    AM Wave: between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM

    PM Wave: between 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM

    All coaches are required to carry their signed players' Medical Release Forms with them at all times during the tournament. You do not need to submit these forms to the NCVA at Check-In. You may be asked to present these forms at any time during the event.

     

    Coaches Meeting

    There will not be a coaches meeting. However, there will be qualified Tournament Directors on hand to answer any and all questions you may have.

    Tournament Schedule

    The entire tournament schedule and program will be posted online. Be sure to check the website just before departing for any last minute format changes due to teams being dropped or added. If you would like printed copies of the format or schedule, please take the time to print these off from home. The NCVA will not be providing printed materials at the tournament in our effort to Go Green!

    Santa Clara Convention Center Food Order Form

    No coolers or outside food are allowed in the San Mateo Event Center or the San Jose Convention Center. There will be security on-site enforcing this policy.

    Camping or tailgating is not allowed anywhere inside the San Jose Convention Center or anywhere on the outside perimeter of the convention center.

    This is a site requirement so please pass this information on to your team parents who are traveling to the tournament.

    It is highly recommended that you do not leave your belongings unattended. Leaving any items unattended at the tournament is done at your own risk. The NCVA and/or the San Jose Convention Center/San Mateo Event Center are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please plan accordingly.

    • No canopies or BBQs allowed in the parking lot

    • They offer a wide variety of healthy food and drink choices.  Included are Chicken Caesar Salads, Fresh Made Sandwiches, Fresh Cut Fruit Bowls, Yogurts, Danishes, Variety of Juices, Variety of Powerade/Gatorade and Milk
