2010 No Dinx / NCVA Girls & Boys High Roller Tournament

General Information


Tournament Check-In
  Check-In for both the Boy's & Girl's Tournaments will be on Sunday, June 27, 2010 - between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM

All coaches are required to carry their signed players' Medical Release Forms with them at all times during the tournament. You do not need to submit these forms to the NCVA at Check-In.

Wave Assignments 
   To be announced
Coaches Meeting 
  There will not be a coaches meeting. However, there will be qualified Tournament Directors on hand to answer any and all questions you may have.
Tournament Schedule 
  The entire tournament schedule and program will be posted online. Be sure to check the website just before departing for any last minute format changes due to teams being dropped or added. If you would like printed copies of the format or schedule, please take the time to print these off from home. The NCVA will not be providing printed materials at the tournament in our effort to Go Green!
Coolers & Food
  No coolers or outside food is allowed in the Silver State Pavilion or the Summit Pavilion of the Grand Sierra Resort.

This is a site requirement so please pass this information on to your team parents who are traveling to the tournament.

Security will be posted at the entrance of the Pavilions to ensure that this Pavilion requirement is upheld.
Parking
  The Grand Sierra Resort does not charge for parking
Tournament Hotels
  Hotels for all NCVA Tournaments should be booked through www.ncvareservations.com. By booking through NCVA room blocks we are able to offer our teams the best possible hotel rates while at our tournaments. Hotels and Convention Centers look at room nights very seriously when determining if we can book the space at a convention center and the rates that will be offered for hotels during the event. Please assist us in keeping room rates low by booking through ncvareservations.com. If you know of a hotel that is not on our list that should be, please let us know!
Entry Fees / Registration Deadline
 
GIRLS:
Entry Fee: $600 for all age divisions

Registration deadline: May 28, 2010

Teams will be accepted after the deadline, if space is available, with an entry fee of $650

There are no refunds after May 28, 2010
BOYS:
Entry Fee: $450 for all age divisions

Registration deadline: June 1, 2010

Teams will be accepted after the deadline, if space is available, with an entry fee of $500

There are no refunds after June 1, 2010
IMPACT Clinic 
  There will not be an IMPACT Clinic at this event.

Non IMPACT certified coaches will need to take advantage of the online IMPACT Webinar offered by USA Volleyball.
