  1. Net Violations

-When a player not involved in the immediate action of playing the ball insignificantly touches the net.  This is not considered a violation.

-While making an attempt to play the ball any part of the net constitutes a net violation including the area of the net outside the antennae but not including the poles

  1. Centerline Violations

-A player whose hand or foot is still partially on or above the centerline is not considered a centerline violation.  If the hand or foot are touching the floor completely beyond the centerline or any other part of the body are partially across the centerline these would be centerline violations

-If at any time player safety is involved the official may call a centerline violation or replay

  1. Ball Handling

-A player may have multiple contacts on any first ball coming from the opponent’s court provided the contacts are simultaneous and not separate attempts.  Multiple contacts are considered legal on any first ball coming from the opponent’s court including the serve

  1. Playing Actions of the Libero

-Libero’s are permitted to jump and contact the ball from any where on the court provided that at the time of contact the ball is not completely above the height of the net
